Soap Review: Formulary 55, Rosehip and Pepperberry

With much excitement I have returned to the blog for a new series of posts reviewing my most recent bars. It turns out that when you get really into bar soap and have a birthday, your friends give you lots of fancy bar soap (YAY!). So now, my review of Formulary 55, Rosehip and Peony. 

Formulary 55 is a fragrance/soap company that is women owned, all vegan products, and is proudly made in the US. I must say this soap was fantastic. It had a great lather (4/5) and a lovely scent that permeated throughout the bar (5/5). The most unique part of the soap was that its scent permeated the ENTIRE bar, which is huge in the bar soap world. Texture was good not the best, smooth and moisturizing but a bit lacking in this category. Coming in around $12 per bar, I would say it is a medium priced, high quality bar that I quite enjoyed.  I have a couple more of their soaps to try so stay tuned for future posts.
